How to Help Our Fight

Without the coverage of insurance, the treatment for Carcinoid is costly. So many sites raise money that goes only to research for a cure ... which is greatly needed ... but those sites don't serve the immediate need of treating those who are already diagnosed.  We've found a significant void in this area and this is where we hope to make a difference. Our initial fundraising efforts are geared to raise money to cover the cost of Dad's (Larry Wardenburg) Carcinoid treatments. The goal is $40K, which will cover the treatments necessary in Switzerland. Beyond this, we intend to assist others experiencing the same heavy financial burden of these life-extending treatments that insurance will not cover.

Attend the Zebra Bash!

Mark  your calendars for Thursday, August 16th from 5:00 - 8:00PM at Bootleggers in Lake of the Ozarks, MO. We'll have great silent auction items, a live auction, and several other fun activities. The goal is to celebrate Dad (Larry Wardenburg) and help raise funds to assist with his necessary life-extending Carcinoid treatment in Switzerland.

Help spread awareness about Carcinoid Cancer through the purchase of T-Shirts, Buttons, Stickers, Coffee Mugs, and more. 20% of every purchase goes directly to the fund that will assist with treatment costs and it will help increase awareness about this cancer all over the world.

Donate Silent and Live Auction Items for the Zebra Bash in August!

If you cannot attend, but would like to help through a donation for the silent auction, live auction, or a cash donation, please contact Sandy Waggett (Larry's daughter) at sandy@mswinteractivedesigns.com.  We will be publishing a list of items we'd like to collect for the silent auction baskets shortly.  Any donations for the event are deeply appreciated. We will post updates as the event draws near, including items donated to date.  After the event, we'll publish the total raised, along with photos from the celebration.
